When the local NAPA needed to expand they selected a 1960’s precast building that had been a bowling alley all its life. The adaptive re-use of this structure included a new entry porch in keeping with the design guidelines of the city. New exterior insulated stucco brought the structure into compliance with the National Energy Code.
